Refund and Cancellation Policy

NextDoor AI offers a Free plan and paid plans (Starter, Growth, Scale). Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. All prices are in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of GST; the advertised price is the price you are charged.

The Free plan is provided at no cost. No payment is taken and no refund arises.

If you upgrade mid-cycle, the change takes effect immediately. You are charged the difference for the remainder of your current billing cycle on a pro-rata basis, and the new plan price applies from your next renewal.

If you downgrade, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You keep access until then. No refund or credit is given for the unused portion of the higher plan. If your usage exceeds the lower plan's limits when the downgrade takes effect, access to the affected features may be restricted until usage is within the new limits.

You may cancel at any time from your account. Cancellation stops the next renewal. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not provide pro-rata refunds for the unused part of a paid period.

Payments for NextDoor AI subscriptions are generally non-refundable, except where a refund is required by law. We do not offer a free-trial-style refund window.

If a recurring payment fails, we allow a grace period of 3 days to update your payment method. If payment is not completed within the grace period, your subscription may be suspended or downgraded to the Free plan.

Prices are inclusive of GST at the applicable rate; the advertised price is the price you are charged, and the GST component is shown on your invoice. Any refund is processed in accordance with applicable tax law in force at the time.

Payments are processed by Cashfree. We do not store your full card details.
