Zoom Integration for NextDoor AI

• Creates a Zoom meeting on your connected Zoom account each time a client books a call.
• Adds the Zoom join link to the calendar invite and confirmation email for that booking.
• Uses only the meeting-creation permission (meeting:write). It does not read, list, or change your existing meetings, and it does not access recordings, transcripts, participant data, or any meeting content.

1. Sign in to NextDoor AI at crm.nextdoorai.in.
2. Go to Settings, then the Integrations tab.
3. Find the Zoom card and click Connect.
4. You are redirected to Zoom and asked to authorize NextDoor AI. Review the requested permission (create a meeting) and click Allow.
5. Zoom returns you to NextDoor AI. The Zoom card now shows "Connected."

This is a per-user connection: each person connects their own Zoom account, and NextDoor AI only ever acts on the account that authorized it.

Once Zoom is connected, no further action is needed.

1. Share your NextDoor AI booking page with a client.
2. When the client books a time, NextDoor AI automatically creates a Zoom meeting on your account for that booking.
3. The Zoom join link appears on the calendar invite and in the confirmation email sent to you and the client.

If Zoom is ever disconnected or its authorization expires, new bookings fall back to your existing meeting method (for example Google Meet) so a booking is never blocked, and the Zoom card prompts you to reconnect.

1. Go to Settings, then the Integrations tab in NextDoor AI.
2. On the Zoom card, click Disconnect.
3. NextDoor AI removes your stored Zoom authorization. New bookings will no longer create Zoom meetings.

You can also revoke access from your Zoom account at any time under Settings, then Installed Apps, in the Zoom App Marketplace.

NextDoor AI stores only the meeting join URL and meeting ID for each booked call, encrypted at rest. It does not store or access meeting recordings, transcripts, or participant data. For full details see our Privacy Policy at nextdoorai.in/privacy and Terms at nextdoorai.in/terms.
