Data Deletion

You can request deletion of the personal data we hold about you, including: account and profile data; lead and client records; booking and appointment details; WhatsApp messages exchanged with a business through the Service; call transcripts and recording links; and uploaded content. Billing records may be retained where tax or accounting law requires it, and are deleted once that obligation ends.

Email support@projectscaleup.in from the email address registered to your account with the subject "Data deletion request". Closing your account also triggers deletion: on account termination or cancellation, we delete or anonymise your data within 30 days, subject to any legal obligation to retain it, as described in the Privacy Policy.

If you are a lead, client, or WhatsApp contact of a business that uses NextDoor AI, that business controls your data. You can ask the business directly to delete it, or email support@projectscaleup.in with the phone number or email address the business has for you and the name of the business. We will verify the request and action it within 30 days.

To delete the WhatsApp messages you exchanged with a business through the Service, use either route above and mention the WhatsApp number the conversation happened on. Deleting a conversation removes the message content and related metadata we store. Copies held by WhatsApp itself, or on your own device, are governed by WhatsApp's own terms and settings.

We verify that the request comes from the person the data belongs to, or someone authorised to act for them. We then delete or anonymise the data within 30 days and confirm by reply. Where a specific law requires us to keep something longer, we tell you what is retained and why, and delete it when the obligation ends.

If you are not satisfied with how a deletion request was handled, contact our grievance officer at grievance@projectscaleup.in. We aim to acknowledge grievances within 7 days and resolve them within 30 days.
